Your browser is not passing the HTTP Referer information to this page, which we use to ensure that people do not hot link our PDF retriever. If you did not try to access this page from a bookmark, then this could be caused by your ISP or by a program such as Norton Internet Security or Zone Alarm Pro. If you have either of these programs, use the instructions below to turn off the HTTP Referrer Blocking. If the problem is caused by your ISP, contact their support department and report the problem.

Norton Internet Security:

1. Open the list of Web sites you have visited:

a. Open NIS or NPF.
b. Click Options.
c. Click Internet Security or Personal Firewall. (This step isn’t always needed.)
d. Click the Web Content tab.

2. Add a new Web site:

a. Click Add Site. A new site/domain box appears.
b. Enter the name of the site that you want to receive the referrer information, in this case it is tcebookstore.org. Click OK. The site name appears in the left frame of the Options window.

3. Configure the new Web site:

a. Click the name of the new site.
b. Click the Global Settings tab.
c. In the "Information About Visited Sites" section, clear "Use Default Settings."
d. Click Permit.

4. Click OK to close the Options window.

Zone Alarm Pro:

1. Click Privacy.
2. Click Cookie Control.
3. Click Custom.
4. Uncheck "remove private header information."
